I went to Hawaii many times in my life, luckily!!!
But las year I had the best experience ever.
While I was in Oahu, doing all the things that I usually do in that Island, one of my good friends texted me. She wanted to suggest few new things for me to do, since I have been there so many times and she was living there for a season, so she made good friends and found few “Locals” secrets.

In the middle of all her tips, she suggested that I could swim with sharks!
I did think it was in the cage, you know? Those huge cages they put in the ocean and stay there until you can see sharks, hopping they won’t break it and eat you alive. Hahaha
Well, it was even more interesting.
She suggested an open ocean diving with sharks. Real and huge ones.
Obviously, I said yes!!!
I was with 4 more friends, none of them came with me. But I assume that was the craziest and still amazing experience of my life.

I literally got in a small boat, full of random people and few locals. We stopped in the middle of nowhere and they told us to get in the water.
Once I look in the water I could see around 20 sharks. Wayyyy bigger than me. I got little scare, but noting crazy!
I stayed in the water for 1 hour. Got back in the boat and came to the island, with the best feeling of my life. I was alive and I felt that I was no one hahaha.
If I died that moment I would die happy, that was my feeling.
Here is the IG page from the company that took me to this crazy experience:
I really hope you can try it.:

It cost around $200
Thank you for sharing your awesome experience! Always wanted to swim with sharks but was insecure about the no cage aspect. Happy to know you are alive and the experience was worth it!
